Our Eleventh Moonlight Kettle of 2022
The Moonlight Kettle team wanted to brew fresh and local Italian Pilsner, an emerging style in North America. This style of beer was made famous by the craft brewery in Italy, BierIficio Italiano, who started in 1996, same year as us!
Pouring a light gold, expect a pop of bright grassy, herbal, and fruity aromas. The aroma translates to the flavour along with light notes of spice and tangerine citrus from the dry hop. The beer finishes clean and dry, with some delicate bitterness lingering.
Pair with a prosciutto sandwich, veggie quiche, lemon squares, fresh mozzarella
