Hollow Cane

Back in 1833, Gabriel Sedlmayr and Anton Dreher were Munich brewers who traveled Europe touring different breweries. In an act of Industrial Espionage, the pair used a specialized hollowed out cane to steal samples of malt, yeast, and wort from these breweries which they used to develop new malt and new beer styles, giving way to the creation of the Vienna Lager! Expect soft caramel upfront, with slight toasty and biscuit notes but firm enough bitterness to be balanced, with very mild floral and spicy hop flavour. There is a gentle creaminess, but finishes smooth and dry.
